Who am I?
Hey there! I’m Katy Peterson. I’m a Business Systems Analyst turned consultant. Before I started this gig, I worked for a national nonprofit operational foundation that was killing my soul. Now I work with small organizations with big visions who are looking for some help with the required (but often tedious) aspects of running a business. You know those boring bits that you and your team hate? I love figuring out how to make those things less painful for you. When I’m not doing this, I’m training to go on motorcycle expeditions, which I plan to start in 2026. You may be wondering, “How is that relevant?” It’s not, really. At least not yet. Except to indicate “Has analytical skills, will travel.”

Facilitation
Do you have 2 (or more) teams that need to be aligned on a shared project or implementation? I can facilitate individual and group meetings to gather critical information, make voices are heard, simplify decision-making, and align your teams.
